How do I buy a gift card online?
We offer two types of gift cards for purchase:
Physical gift card – Choose any value from ₦20,000 to ₦50,000. The gift card can be picked up at our store. The recipient can redeem it online or at our physical store.
Digital gift card – Choose any value from ₦20,000 to ₦50,000. We'll email the digital gift card to the recipient who can then redeem it online or at our physical store.
How do I redeem a gift card online?
To redeem a gift card:
- enter your 16-digit* gift card number you received via email or found on the card
- You may split your purchase between multiple gift cards, or between gift cards and a credit/debit card or other form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, Verve, Transfer).
- If you pay using gift cards only, any remaining value will be left on the last gift card entered.
Do you accept gift cards at MasterKids store locations?
Yes, both physical and digital gift cards are accepted at all MasterKids store locations.
How do I check my gift card balance?

Can I return a gift card?
No. Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
I lost my physical gift card: can you help?
Yes. We have records of all gift cards issued therefore we are able to help. All you need to do is show evidence of the purchase.
The digital gift card I sent has not been received. What can I do?
